My name is Catherine Smart. My style is integrative and draws on psychodynamic and humanistic theory, combined with CBT, existential and mindfulness techniques. I specialise in trauma therapy and the use of EMDR. My priority is to establish a therapeutic relationship and adopt a flexible approach to suit your individual needs.
